Painter, sculptor, graphic artist and multimedia artist Vladimír Větrovský (1977) has a rich and varied artistic history. He initially apprenticed as an artistic metalsmith, then studied scenography at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU), and after graduation attended the Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied under Michael Rittstein. Větrovský is also known as a multimedia artist and as the author of the interactive Anthill in Písek's Sladovna children's museum. His expressive and wildly colorful painting is transformed into three-dimensional sculptures, and as a scenographer he creates spaces where “something is happening.” Under his direction, the Granary at Klenová will be transformed into a Gesamtkunstwerk – a total work of art.
